About Cody Gough
Hi! I’m Cody, a professional podcaster and content marketing strategist. If you know me, then it’s probably from when I hosted Discovery’s Curiosity Daily podcast from 2017-2022 (which I also created, produced, and edited). I also spent more than 12 years as a producer and fill-in host at Chicago’s 720 WGN Radio and have had various on-camera roles as a commercial actor and cooking show host.
I currently produce Crafty Brewers: Tales Behind Craft Beer, a lifestyle podcast shot on-location at breweries featuring interviews with brewers who geek out about beer science and share their unique stories. I also work as a growth strategist and creative consultant for multiple branded podcasts (both B2B and B2C) and have had the privilege of leading the podcast development and growth strategy for several notable brands, including NerdWallet, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Harvard Business Publishing. To date, I have been credited on more than 2,000 podcast episodes, all of which you can find on my Podchaser profile.
